On Tuesday, February 28, 2023 Attorney Denise Mutamba was sworn in to the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. As President of the F. Malcolm Cunningham, Sr. Bar Association it was her goal to take a group of attorneys to the United States Supreme Court to be sworn in by Chief Justice John Roberts. On February 28, 2023, as Immediate Past President of the esteemed organization, she and 11 other black attorneys from Palm Beach County, Florida were sworn in by Chief Justice Roberts. Ms. Mutamba began planning for the event in January 2022. According to Ms. Mutamba, “The moment was made even more special when my husband, Masimba Mutamba, addressed the Chief Justice requesting our admission to the highest court of the land.”
